Upgrading to VIP > 40 tokens on the first month?

When you upgrade to VIP, do you immediately get the 30 tokens, or do you need to wait for your next refill? If you get them right away it would mean you get 40 tokens on your first month in total :)

I'm quite sure your token count upgrades to 30 no matter what. So if you have 10 now, it would just add 20, and then you'll have 30. :P

I upgraded the day I used my first ten tokens and only received 20 (to total 30 tokens).

Okay so it takes into account how many tokens you received that month, not how many you have left. So even if I spent my 10 tokens this month, I would "only" get 20 more tokens, totaling 30 tokens this month.

No, whether you have 10,5,6 or 0 tokens doesn't matter. When you upgrade, your account will have 30 tokens.

Xerxes is correct. I had 2 tokens left when upgrading to VIP and received the full 30, not 28.

It all depends on when you upgrade. If you upgrade today, any tokens you have spent today are subtracted from the 30. So if you've already spent 5 tokens today, then upgrade, your new token count will be 25. Your token refill date will then be reset for 1 month from today.

hmmmm seems to be a difference of opinion on this. What happens if you upgrade on a day that you didn't use any Tokens but had used some of your monthly allotment prior to that?

If you used all 10 of your tokens yesterday, then upgraded today, you'll receive 30 new tokens. And a new refill date based on today. Also, we calculate days based on Central Standard Time (-6:00 GMT), midnight to midnight.

Lovely. So we can have 40 tokens in total on the month we upgrade. That's a double bonus :)

I wonder then why you don't just add 30 anyway, even if I spent a token today for instance. You need to know this trick, which seems quite silly.
