IB data on your blog - WP plugin
Ever since I joined IB I’ve had one of the dynamic banners sat on my blog. It did its job–displaying my avatar and my points total with a referrer link as well.
Now that I’ve been bitten by the bug I wanted to add something a bit more detailed to my site.
This simple WordPress plugin let’s you embed a more detailed stats panel on your blog or homepage.

Still in early stages of development but if you fancy giving it a try let me know your results.
Dave.

Pretty cool. I added it to my 'updated once or twice a year' WordPress site :)
I did edit the image to fit the width of my sidebar. That involved a little code editing of course. Well done for creating this plugin.

Good. The only thing I would say about it is the standard badges are obvious advertising links for people to click whereas yours looks like stats for something. Might be an idea to have the Trade icons, have fun strap line on there.
Plus, when this place gets busy, usually around release of a new set, you'll find problems with getting your blog pages to finish loading, which is why most of us just use a self hosted image with a link.
Nice work though, well done.

2.3.3 compatible?
Anyway, it looks really cool.
maybe mouseover info would be nice

I agree! Mouseover information would make it even better.

thanks for the feedback guys. When I get time I'll look to add in some more bits 'n' bobs but without an IB API it's tricky to grab the info from the data I can access.

That's a pretty sweet plugin, and with your permission, even assistance, I would love to look at providing something similar that ties through the IB Dashboard. I only say that because it's a bit more "open" & might ease the burden of digging through the IB HTML (which is quite tedious with the little bit I've done).
But I don't want to steal your thunder or your ideas. Drop me a note in my box & let me know your thoughts. Later, and great work!
