I lost my badge, and some tokens
I had been thinking of giving up my VIP status, but it seems IB beat me to it. Which is fine, except instead of starting with 10 tokens, I seem to have started with 7.
It looks like my refill point went back to the 3rd of the month, and since I used up the last 3 of my previous 30 on the 10th, it was deducted from the 10 I was supposed to have.
I guess should've used up the 30 tokens that showed up on my profile last week when I hit my VIP refill date. I wonder what would've happened then.

I often do, but I sometimes like to hang on to them in case I wanted to respond to some trade requests.
Plus I think I got most of the tokens I really liked already, which is why I considered giving up the VIP status.
