It's a trading system. To get icons people have to send you icons. You cna either ask for specific sets in the forums(here) or post comments on profile pages asking that person for a particular set.
Icons cost tokens. Bronze sets cost 1 token, Silver cost 3 tokens, Gold cost 5 tokens, and Diamond cost 10 tokens.
As you accept icon sets your total of stamps increase. Stamps are what you use to send icon sets to other people.
As you collect you can earn badges and points. you'll probably get a ton of unrequested deliveries in a second as we hope you will accept.

It's also good to fill out your profile to help people with similar interests find you. It's also good to post your token count in your profile so you don't get random sets when you have no tokens.
Your tokens will refill in a month. If you want to go VIP you get 30 tokens a month for a monthly fee.

but if you do decide to go VIP ($6/month), wait until tomorrow or you'll only get 20 tokens instead of 30
