Hey Chefs - Last Month's Group Three Set?

I know you guys are hard at work on last month's Group Three Set right? This is the second time Group Three is late this year. Why is Group Three the red headed step child group? Can I haz icons?

I'm not sure that it is Group Three that is the 'red headed step child'. Considering my token loss (with only 10 a month) in the past 6 months; I would venture to guess that we are experiencing the 'older child syndrome' again.

Points wise Group Three is the red headed step child group.

i’ve heard you say that a few times, but dyar’s charts usually show group 2 in last place in terms of token value. july ’08 was the only one in the past 6 months that showed group 3 with the least total tokens.

are you looking at something else?

dyar on Oct 03, 2008

It pretty much evens out. In July Group 3 didn't get a Set, but in August Group 3 got 2 Sets while all other groups got 1. Perhaps the same thing will happen this month. Good to know that someone actually looks at these charts :-)

how do i know what group i'm in?

thedudedean on Oct 04, 2008

@Melgish A simple Google search will yield you the results you want.

@dyar I am sure the few hardcore IB people read everything worth reading in between sniping to send sets to noobs.

You can also see that and the evolution of "child loving" per chiefs there www.klasen.eu.com.

Group 3 has one set less than others, but group 2 has less tokens and less icons. Group 3 has the most icons.

(See the 'Stats per group' tab)

Here is that link again.

Thanks, I wasn't aware of that site.

Searching for "porn" is what I'd call a "simple google search". Searching for "site:iconbuffet.com +/blog +IB Group" is what I'd call an "Advanced Google Search" But thanks, I found out what I so desparately needed to know.

I thought it was pretty simple. ;-)
