Click your 'Edit Profile' button and upload an image, but make sure it's a bmp, that's how I got mine to work.

You need to upload a small picture in your profile, 48 pixels by 48 pixels and people seem to be having more luck uploading it if it's in .png format

Pictures for avatar: 48 x 48 pixels, resolution 72 dpi, RGB, file types: jpg, png, gif & bmp.

the problem is that mine doesn't even have a spot to upload. it used to, but the site always directed me to an error page whenever i tried to use it, and now it is gone altogether.
