How can i earn more points? what is logic behind all these working? how can i earn badge?

Add an avatar you'll get a cheese badge (after you log out and in again)

Add more friends and you'll get a fans badge.

Talk to people and trade with them. If you want to keep your friends though don't send them every set you currently have. One at a time is usually sufficient unless they actually ask you to send more.
