Nope. You are free to use them on your site without crediting iconbuffet.
It's always nice if you do so though, but it's not a must.

Before doing anything get an insurance, join The Pirates, just go to your profile and add "The Pirates" without the quotes and without any typos to any of the profile categories: Movies, Listening, On the Tube, Reading

Generally, you'd want to include a link back to IB. Not because we have to, but because this is all a cleverly devised scheme by the chefs so we put a link anyway, hoping for referrals.

Back on topic... :-) I believe that the full terms for using icons from here are disclosed in the license agreement document which is zipped up inside every download. I believe following the rules described there would be the way to go.
