Or no one else has stumbled across IB icons in their web travels.

Wait! Look over here!

tamashii on Mar 29, 2007
Looks like Alexandria Buzz (2.0'd version of the RSS icon, though). Some other random icons dispersed throughout. Nice find!
kmfnj on Mar 29, 2007
indeed, nice find =)

Berkley For Congress
Kyoto. Love them icons. Sorry if the html link didn't work.
kmfnj on Mar 29, 2007
@dishg: thanks! created in FW8 =)
Oh, and the link is berkleyforcongress.com - definately Kyoto - good eye, drustar!
tamashii on Mar 29, 2007
Berkley site uses a lame cursor/pointer thing (high heel), but I think the Kyoto set looks really nice - well used.
kmfnj on Mar 29, 2007
@tamashii: Berkley site uses a lame cursor/pointer thing
Geh! I know!! That was a real detractor for me as well.
KAHRules on Mar 29, 2007
That cursor really is awful. It seems unprofessional to use that image in a congressional appeal. Especially since she is in Las Vegas. EWWWWWWWW!
KAHRules on Mar 29, 2007
She actually is not in Las Vegas...but she is in Nevada
anti on Mar 29, 2007
Good looking icons! Bad cursor. :(

Volcano Places uses Oslo Buzz on their accommodation pages, and Ride The Rim uses them on their Tour page.
drustar on Mar 29, 2007
Sometimes you just gota give what the client wants (after advising against it).
kmfnj on Mar 29, 2007
Pretty cool - your designs?
drustar on Mar 29, 2007
Am i blind or something? I don't see the icons you mentioned, crunnells... linkbaiting?
kmfnj on Mar 29, 2007
Sometimes you just gota give what the client wants (after advising against it).
Amen, brother... :)
drustar on Mar 29, 2007
Never mind! Blind drustar!
taario on Mar 29, 2007
@drustar: You have to click around a little to see them. ;)

on Mar 29, 2007
I should just linked directly to the pages, my bad . I did the Volcano Places site a while back, and my co-worker did the Ride the Rim one.
drustar on Mar 29, 2007
Nicely done! I am now irking to go to Hawaii. See the power of IB influence? Sheesh!
debbye on Mar 29, 2007
is there any way to "ask" for an IB plug on these sites? or is that out of line?
Joerg on Mar 30, 2007
I'll be using Oslo-CMS on my next site :)
drustar on Mar 30, 2007
New York Noir on mine. Somehow.
tamashii on Mar 30, 2007
erm... you linked this thread. Twice.
gswd on Mar 30, 2007
There are a few sites that I have sprinkled a little IB dust onto. But I am wondering, what "forum code" is used for the clickable links in the forum. So many seem to have some trouble with it. Is it more that just standard html?
justG on Mar 30, 2007
You got it, gswd, it's just standard HTML. (To anyone else wondering the same thing: < a href="http://www.iconbuffet.com" >IconBuffet< /a >. Just remove the spaces inside the angle <> brackets.)
gswd on Mar 30, 2007
Cool. I was afraid it was using "Blog Speak" or something, but could not find a help reference anyplace. Of course that means we should also be able to bold, <u>underline</u>, and italicize stuff as well.
gswd on Mar 30, 2007
Ok, maybe not underline then.
drustar on Mar 30, 2007
@tamashii: D'oh! It's friday and you know how fingers get when it's friday. If you didn't figure, it would be "ansty." TGIF!
tamashii on Mar 31, 2007
@gswd: looks like you forgot the closing tag too. I have faith in the coming of the Edit Button.

becomes

That is very clever! They actually go together quite well.
*Not sure I am digging the smiley face on the "Win" one, though, hehe. Will update the thread.

Okay, so give this thread a big ol' bumpity-bump: I just launched a new site for Montgomery & Associates featuring icons from Taipei Night Market and Taipei Tiny on the "Projects" page.

Take a look at your cursor when browsing anything in Footnote's Project Blue Book - UFO Investigations. It's the saucer from Groom Lake Invasion, and it even has a cool hovering effect!
