What do you mean it's not out yet? When i click on it, the release date days July 9, 2007? I'm not trying to be tacky, I'm new and really trying to understand all this. So how does any new set get started? How does the swapping start?
The Chefs sometimes have a delay between presenting a set to us, and actually sending it to users to start the trading. The date you see is when it is first shown to us; but if you click on a set, and don't see a list of people who can send it to you, then it hasn't been given to anyone yet to start trading. (Compare to what you see if you click on Taipei Tiki, for instance.) Once the Chefs send it to some folks as a free (no token) set, then the trading goes full-throttle!
The set is sent by the chef who created to randomly selected members and it costs no tokens. After that the trade begins :) 9 July is the day the set was added. With the term "released" we mean when it becomes available for trade!
The sets are released for preview for a day or two before the trading actually begins. Gives people a chance to 'rethink' their shopping list. Likely, today or tomorrow, iconmaster will deliver the set to some members. These members will then deliver to others, who will deliver to others, who will deliver to others...
You might be one of the lucky ones to receive it directly from the chefs (no charge (tokens) if this happens).
Of course, all the other sets are in circulation and readily available for trading.

The fresh deliveries don't go to randomly selected members, we each get every 4th new set, not counting special deliveries - like AHS went to VIP, not the regular delivery groups.
I like a delay between sets being posted & sent out, but I wish the release date shown was the actual release date. (Before release it could be blank or 'coming soon' or something). Would be convenient for me, but as it is, it's confusing to newbies who don't have a pile of friends yet.

Hopefully they'll get the Stamp issues resolved before they release it. Might be the reason for the delay.
