They're slick looking buttons, and you've got a nice Web2.0-y shadow on them. But they're probably too big for actual use as buttons. They probably need to be 1/3rd the current size or smaller.

I have a sudden urge to pee, though.
Elsewhere: I think they look good. A bit big (I imagine that is for our benefit and the actual size is smaller?). The “Add Me” icon should likely utilize a plus sign (+) rather than an arrow. For some reason, the arrow makes me think “About Me” more.

After seeing the images, I understand Tamashii's second comment.
I would be a little concerned about what some minds could think about the "Group Me" icon. Those words, with that image, not a good fit for me. I would probably not mix genders. 2 guys and 1 girl, or 2 girls and 1 guy, just give it a "look" of a different kind of grouping.
