Well I'm pretty much biased since I'm a Drupal developer for over 4 years now :) To be honest I haven't been checking Joomla for a long time so I couldn't honestly say which are the pro's and con's. My advice would be to test Drupal out for a couple of days and see if you like it.

I can't see your site now, it just keeps loading and then I get a 404.
