What happens when you pickup an icon set with tokens that you would have gotten as a free delivery from the Chefs? Do you loose out on a free set? Do you get your tokens back?

That can't happen. If you're meant to get the set from a chef then you'll get it as soon as it's released.

That wasn't exactly true. I just got Alexandria Monstrous a few minutes ago, but I could have used my tokens to get it from earlier this morning.

No you couldn't. It's literally just been released to people. It has been sitting in preview but nobody had it until just now.

The way it works is, click the set so you can see all the icons. If there is nothing underneath nobody has it. If there are a load of avatars and names underneath then it's been released.
