[Req] Quick Delivery Send
As I'm reading through the threads, checking peoples' icon request, I find myself wishing I can send a delivery, from within the thread, how convenient would it be to have the little gift icon link beside the commenter's name
ex:
<user> [^] on Mar 22, 2007
I need icon A, B, C
this way I can just click on the gift icon, send a delivery and continue reading the post.

Not really any more impersonal than clicking on their profile and then clicking Send Delivery. Just cuts out a step.

it would be especially useful if someone has a list of them, I sometimes pick one to send, and another user beats me too it.
Sometimes I forget what else was on the list, so I would have go back and forth.

But would it kill you (or anyone else for that matter) to drop a note in their "Box" once you've made the delivery? It's a good way to make friends (and by friends, I don't mean just adding them to you list).
Additionally, I get the impression the two of you want to be able to automatically send the specific set they ask for rather than scrolling through the delivery list. That would require the system to be able to interpret the requester's post content, and I don't think that's possible - at least not without some extensive coding.
As it is, you can just click on their name (which is at the bottom of their post), click "Send Delivery" and pick the set. Already seems pretty easy to me.

You can, if the poster is already a friend. Then the "Friend" button turns into a "Send Delivery" button. Click, select icon set, send.
The only problem is the "continue reading the post" thing, since delivering an icon set sends us back to our profile. I believe the Chefs are looking into that, though. It would be nice, I think, if delivering an icon set didn't send us anywhere, if the delivery "overlay" window would just disappear, leaving us exactly where we were before.

@ justG - I think the button only relates to the topic starter. If the request is a reply made by someone else in the thread, it doesn't apply.
