30 tokens - Reach your points target here :)
Okay guys, since it's the holidays, we'll share some love with a competition.
Three of my referrals (family members and friends) have ten tokens each ready to spend, totaling 30 tokens.
You can send them anything, up to 5 tokens per winner, if you can post a convincing reason why they should help you reach your target. That's six IB members we can help.
It can be funny, doesn't have to be true - give us a reason to make yours a happy Christmas.
Competition closes 10pm saturday night, GMT, UK. And don't send me anything, I don't have tokens.

My stamps are going off due to lack of use so unless you want a really awful smell hanging around the buffet I suggest you let me use 5 of them.

The other clowns keep burning my stamps because they think its funny so you might as well have them. :)

I need a happy Christmas because I've just come out of hospital, which is where I spent my birthday, and spending your birthday in hospital, and having a lumbar puncture (spinal tap) on the said birthday ain't much fun. :-( On top of that the web TV service you can get in UK hospitals is somewhat rubbish, and doesn't support javascript or ajax and other clever stuff, so although I could get onto the 'buffet, I couldn't do anything - not even log in, so I could see what was going on here, but not join in, and that made me very, very sad. :(
Here is the whole sad story...*
....I went into hospital to find out what's been squishing my brain. The doctors had thought it was too much fluid around my brain, and they did the lumbar puncture expecting fluid to come out. It didn't though, but guess what did? Yep - stamps! I've got so many stamps I've squirrelled them away in cupboards and drawers and under the bed, but what with Christmas coming and hiding presents ready to send to Santa, I completely ran out of room! So, I took to eating them. (They're actually quite tasty spread with chocolate spread!)
So, off into hospital I went, where I was diagnosed with idiopathic intracranial iconitis, which is a rare neurological disorder caused by an imbalance of icons and stamps. The most common symptoms are an obsession with collecting icons, unnatural over-excitement at the release of new icons, unnatural desires to share the IB love with complete strangers, and an imbalance of stamps in the circulatory system causing the sufferer to ramble incoherantly about the benefits of icons and vain attempts to convert everyone they meet to the IB way of life.
The normal icon to blood ratio for a healthy human is apparently <2.5 icon sets per 100ml of blood, while in idiopathic intracranial iconitis it's not unheard of for sufferers to have >46.8 icon sets per 100ml of blood. For stamps, the normal values found in humans are only traces of stamps, but in victims of idiopathic intracranial iconitis, the concentration of stamps is so high that in acute cases stamps that are surplus to requirements (the body doesn't digest stamps very well) are stored in the nooks and crannies of the brain. Sadly, I have so many stamps clogging up my head that not only are they squishing my brain, but they're pushing out everything I ever knew about web design as well, with the result that I'm starting to think that tables, frames, and tacky animated gifs are actually quite nice... :-(
According to the doctors, if I don't receive treatment for this terrible condition and stop eating stamps (which I can only do by spending them), I may turn into a complete vegetable...
...or course my first question was whether this would be one of the Manhattan Veggies icons, or one from the Taipei Tiny range...

Congratulations - we have three worthy winners. erm... and three entries. Who said there's no tokens available here??
Anyhoo... I think that deserves ten tokens worth each. And an extra large bag of Minstrels. ;o)
Thanks.
