[CLOSED] Only 1 token left... what to do? what to do?

Hello. My name is Steve and I'm an IB Addict. :)

So somehow I've managed to hold onto a single token from my delivery last month. Not entirely sure how I managed that! :)

Does anyone know if there are any more new Bronze sets that might be released before 26th June?

I'd love to hear your thoughts as to which Bronze set I should spend it on.

NB: I'm not planning to actually give this one up until closer to my refill date, so any icons you send are likely to expire! I'll update the thread when the time comes... :D

Update

It's all over now. Tokens are all done. But more on Tuesday! :P

I am so glad you came forward. Admitting you have a problem is the first step.

Unfortunately, in describing your condition you have exposed the circumstances under which we all live, namely, No one expects the Spanish Inquisition. No, that's not right...

Actually, there is a pattern to the releases. The chefs have it all worked out in advance as to how many, what color, and who gets 'em free. It would be helpful right now if I knew the pattern but all I can do is claim to have seen it spelled out. In short, someone knows, but it ain't me.

The think that nobody on the planet knows is whether the new icons will fulfill your iconic needs better than the fine specimans already available. Reading between the lines here, I am beginning to suspect there is not a bronze icon already released that keeps you up at night or invades your hard won dreams. Therefore, you really should hold that token until one week before the refill date and then make a choice. The exception would be if someone points you to the elusive release schedule and you then find that all bronze icons have been released for the month.

Hold strong, my lad, you will find the icons you seek.

I have all the Sets released since the new IB started with their corresponding release dates and I really see no pattern as to what is released when. Overall, the ratio of Bronze Sets to Other Sets is approximately 50% so it is reasonable to assume that additional Bronzes will be released by the end of June. We just had a Gold released and in the 6 previous releases 3 were followed by a Silver and 3 were followed by a Bronze, but in no particular order. I would save that Baby till the 25th and then pick the one you want the most. Then go VIP on the 27th and Shop till you drop.

Well, I may have an answer to that question. I wake up this morning to... a free delivery of Athens a Priori in my inbox! I guess that's the last Bronze whaler until my deadline. :)

BTW, anyone need Athens a Priori? :)
