[Closed] VIP Account - money paid twice?

I tried to contact chefs about my problem, with no reply.
I read few days ago in this forum about someone who asked for an explanation... so ... how did you solved the problem? I have a first credit card debit in July 3rd and a second debit in July 9th, both at 3.00 am. What's going on???
For the first 2 months nothing happened :( now... how many other times I have to pay??

I had that too. I emailed the chef, and they said they have refunded it. I'll only know by when next credit card statement arrives.

Hi, everyone! We found the problem that caused some of our VIP's to get double-charged and got it fixed. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience! We are working to identify everyone who was affected and will be issuing refunds ASAP.

I wrote the 'being debited twice' blog. I emailed the chefs and my bank account was credited. I can't remember how long it took, but I believe I emailed them twice. Anyway...my bank account was credited. :)
