Where'd my tokens go? (VIP expiration)

I bought my VIP membership on Sept 19th last year, so I had thought it would last through today.

I log in, and whaddayaknow? Only 7 tokens, and my renew date is switched back to the original.

Also: switching from VIP to non-VIP doesn't leave you with 10 tokens? Tacky.

It depends.

If you use your 10 tokens before you upgrade to VIP, then you won't get the 10 tokens after you are downgraded. However. if you upgrade whilst you have tokens, then you downgrade, then you will be left over with the tokens you had at the start.
