If the cityscape is 10 Manhattan Deliveries, then I suspect the Tree badge relates to Tower Grove.

Well, you've spent 300 stamps, but how many of those have been accepted and how many have been locked in a state of limbo for the next 7 days?
I think I would like to see that Recent Trades box get fixed next on the list of updates/fixes. Having it show sent deliveries regardless of acceptance is kinda useless. Maybe have a box with "Accepted Trades" for the accepted sets you’ve sent and a box for "Recent Deliveries" for ones you’ve accepted.
