There's got to be something I have that someone else with Authentic Jobs doesn't have. Or is it just that everyone on iconbuffet is out of tokens?

The problem is more likely to be that as you have only collected 12 sets so far, the frequent traders on here who have Authentic Jobs also have everything else you have.

JB is correct. More than likely the frequent traders do not need anything you have.
