To get deliveries you have to wait that people send you one, you can accept them or not. If U want an especific set, you can ask it writing a comment to somebody who has it.
Remember that every set has a cost in tokens and every delivery you do has a cost in stamps. Administer your tokens 'cause you will just receive then once a month.
