Faceless gray aliens attack!

They're everywhere!
Sneaking... lurking... everywhere I turn, it seems like they are there.
You've seen them before, those mysterious gray creatures, no eyes, no mouth, no nose. For a while it seemed like their numbers were dwindling. But lately, it looks like they are back in force.
Fight back, good citizens! Do your part and encourage your gray alien faced friends to join the resistance and choose an avatar!
Seriously, people. This is an icon site. There is absolutely, positively, no excuse to not have an avatar. Just pick a 32x32 icon from a Free Delivery set and go with that if you're not Photoshop inclined. Make a custom one. Find one on a website somewhere. Just do something! We must end the gray alien invasion!
And if you need more incentive, how about the fact that you get a badge just for having an avatar? What are you waiting for??

This begs the obvious question: are there spies among us? Watch your back - you might get probed! ;)
Side note: not sure if Smalltide's profile counts - he's not grey, but he sure is "Groomy Green"

Personally I really love seeing the IconBuffet mashups you guys come up with avatars (though plenty of other avatars are cool too).

I think unique 'aliens' are great. Of course davethegr8's anti-gravity powers might be emphasized by a hanging tie or hairdo but I can only surmise that the altered gravitational field extends enough to cover such things.
The default gray guys I'm no fan of, but I don't see many of them sticking around for long. I think there were even some posts where people were offering to help create custom avatars. (If that's you, please remind me where).

i don't know if TPaper needs to protect itself from invisible forces, in the same manner that a human or other mobile living organism would. maybe the Faceless gray aliens need to adorn the beanie to be safe from us!
Mr Zapato is also an environmentalist. he has done extensive research on The Pacific Northwest Tree Octopus & has taken on the cause of saving & protecting this illusive creature.
