Argh.
I'm rambling so ignore this.
I went to FYE to sacrifice my hard earned DVD's of Rome Seasons 1 and 2 in their nice wooden cases for Seasons 4 and 5 of 24. I figure hey, I can get them back. After spending just under $200 for Rome I only was able to trade them in for $50 credit and it only got me Season 4 of 24. I'm heartbroken.
That's my rant for the night, don't mind me.
The things I do for Kiefer.

funny thing is, if/when you go to buy Rome back, they'll probably charge you not less than 100 bucks...
stupid college bookstore pulls that crap. should be illegal.

No what really makes me sick is that I spend 99.99 on one season and when I go back in to browse I find it on the shelf for 69.99.

You COULD try somewhere else, say Hollywood Video or your local used music store. Or one of those media trading websites. Or Craigslist.
But yeah, that's the basic retail model of re-selling used goods. You might also want to consider Netflix. After all, you were only renting the Rome discs... :)

Though I have Netflix, I like to buy my series cause I tend to watch them five times. They're not getting my House dvd's... BTW I've completed getting Seasons 1-6 of 24 :3
