Sending icons / adding as friends

I'm neither friendless nor needy and I'm quite happy to continue to get my icons the old fashioned way: post in the forum and swap legitimately.

But I came in to work this morning to find that several misguided souls had sent me deliveries and added me as a friend, in a [mostly] lame attempt to boost their own ratings.

If you want me to accept you as a friend, then spamming me is totally the wrong way to go about it.

But, if youre going to, at least do what GSWD did and add an appropriate - and amusing - comment. Or, better yet, leave a comment saying something like, "I notice that you're missing Icon Set X, whereas I need Icon Set Y. I've sent you X and I hope you'll send Y."

That, I would respond to.
