What browser (and version) are you using? If you're using IE6, don't. Firefox (1.5 or 2.0) or IE7 should be okay, I think. And on the Mac, any of the popular browsers should work fine.

For what it is worth, I am experiencing the same issue. Mine is not a problem with the browser or the cache. Iconmaster is looking into it.
