Looking for Tower Grove. Apply within...

It's almost that time again. This month, I'd like to collect the last three Tower Grove sets and collect my badge. As usual, I have some prerequisites:
[1] Must be a Geek Girl, Ninja, or Penguin. I will check your profile.
[2] I would prefer to accept sets from newbies and those with under... 500 points.
[3] Pre-approval required. I will reject any set I didn't ask for. Sorry!
