What is Free Delivery?
How is it that some of the sets in "Free Delivery" are really free, and some require 1 token? If I need a token, I don't really consider that "free", but hey, I guess that's just me.

Free means not costing dollars; as opposed to the stock icons, which you have to spend real money on. Tokens don't cost you anything (unless, of course, you want to spend money to go VIP), so the icons are free.
(Cost in tokens for a set is 1, 3, 5, or 10 tokens, depending on set; the chefs deliver new sets to subsets of peoples for no tokens -- it's not a property of the set, but of the initial 'injection into the system', as it were.)

It has also been stated elsewhere that as long as you are a member, every fourth set will be a no-token cost set.

Well, you get 10 tokens per month for free so using the following math you can deduct that it is free:
Tokens = $0
Icons = Tokens
Therefore:
Icons = $0

If the chef sends the set it should be a FREE free delivery (0 tokens required)
If a member sends the set it cost tokens and as it was noted above, you get 10 free tokens a month so set is "free" if you have free tokens.

Aye Supertramp. Me monkey says the chefs created this set while listening to their 1979 release.
And I will go on shining
Shining like brand new
I'll never look behind me
My troubles will be few
