I've accepted all the deliveries people sent me last month while I was out of tokens, and now I'm out of tokens again! AUGH! But, now that I've accepted all those deliveries, I have a ton of stamps. If you want one, ping me with what you want, and I'll send 'em over.

No, only send stuff out if you have stamps.

You can't accept them, but you can leave them hanging around until your tokens get refilled.
