Can't purchase, can't upgrade, can't delete
I used to be a VIP. I had my account set up to renew automatically. Except it didn't. And the rates went up. Fine, they have to make money. I like the sets, I'm willing to pay money for them. I'm willing to buy the other sets, even. Great, let me buy them.
So, I put a few in my cart. But wait, I've decided I don't need these sets immediately. So, I try to remove them from my cart using the little trash can next to the items in my cart.
No go. 404 page.
I try logging out and logging back in. No love.
Fine. If I upgrade to VIP, I was going to anyway, they're only $5 a pop. $15 isn't going to hurt me, and neither is $21. I go to the cart page, fill out my credit card information and hit submit.
"Something went wrong" is the error I receive.
I log out, log back in, try again. Whoo, new error! Now it's "Invalid Credit Card number."
No, the credit card number is correct. My name and address are correct. My expiration and security code are correct. There were no typos on my end.
Now, look. I've tried everything to make this purchase. It's to the point where I CAN'T even give them money when I try.
I give up.
If you've read this far, I have 10 tokens. Send me a set I don't have.

Wow. That's a pretty bad online shopping experience. I hope it works out for you.
And I sent one of the latest sets. Accept/decline as you see fit. Assuming you can accept/decline ;)

Maybe, try to email the chefs @ bottom of page.

Ended up clearing out my cookies to clear my cart, relogging back in and was finally (FINALLY) able to make a purchase.
Which means I have another 10 tokens after accepting all the sets sent to me. If you have a set I don't have, send it my way. I'll accept it if it's in the next 10 tokens.
Unless it Shanghai Clowns. I won't accept them. ;)

it does occasionally pay to send an email to the Chefs if you're having major problems. Otherbrian is pretty good about back with you relatively quickly.
that being said, i commend your tenacity. many would have said "screw it" after the first or second problem...
