Blinksale: Easy, painless, online invoicing for small businesses

Definition Icon, Ideas?

I'm trying to think of an icon that screams 'definition'. It's to put beside definitions in my lecture notes on my blog. I'm currently using an open book, but I am redesigning and am trying to think of something to replace it with. I've looked through all the free and pay icon sets and I'm drawing a blank. A question mark maybe, but I'll probably use that elsewhere, for discussion or reflection questions probably.

Can anyone think of what would make a good icon?

Oooh ooh! The question box from Super Modena Bros! (I sent you one.)

I love Super Modena Bros. Seriously Etherbrian - next how about Legend of Modena?

A small brain with a word bubble coming out of it. I don't think one exists, but that screams "definition" to me.

Try the light bulb from Blinksale.

A few other ideas:
key from the mallowbuzz sets
sun from oslo atmosphere

I know a lightbulb can be intended to 'illuminate' but to me it represents 'idea' - what do others think?
I like Jen's key suggestion.
Maybe an equals symbol: =
Or doubled if it's for code monkeys: ==

I was going off on a tangent so started a new icons and metaphors post. Hoping for lots of different perspectives!

i was going to suggest something like (=) but i see that mik has already said it, so i will just add that i use that shortcut when i define or explicate something in text (with the definition inside the parentheses)... so for me it seems a very good way to indicate a definition.
