The new icon buffet
Wow, the new look is great. Subtle changes, but hot all around. And of course the Scott magic is kickin! I still don't know how I feel about the semicolons in the url, but it is what it is.
I didn't really *get* what what the site was about (the sending, the credits, the stamps, the friends, etc etc) until just now. So I think the new design is helpful in that regard - but it's still to hard.

Well, the credits, the stamps, the friends, these are all new to IconBuffet, so you couldn't have understood them before the redesign because they didn't exist. =) The new approach is a social networking, mmorpgesque, strategic game. If you find something difficult/confusing about it, ask around, read some old posts, check the Help link at the top of the page, etc. It's a friendly community, we'll help y'out. =)
