So I'm a day late to be talking like a Pirate, but hey... it's worth celebrating year round. Many of you are probably wondering where your fresh deliveries are (Arrr!). The chefs are working on a couple new deliveries as I type, but the real news is that even bigger things are in development.

As mentioned briefly in another post, we're transitioning out of client work so we can spend more time on IconBuffet and related projects. This transition has been a bit fun—and is still in progress—but we're getting close. In addition to new deliveries, we're working on something else that's going to be huge. Huge, HUGE I tells ya, yarr!

Okay, I'll stop now. Just wanted to let you know that we're not dead. Just plugging away at the pixels. Thanks for being patient.

You know, it wouldn’t be so frustrating if the chefs would explain why the VIP special thing promised months ago hasn’t materialized. Maybe a technical snafu has delayed it. Maybe the key chef for that project had extenuating circumstances that limited their ability to get it done. Maybe aliens abducted the chefs and replaced them with pod people.

I just want to know why there has been this massive delay and when the VIP special thing is currently expected to materialize. If the truth is that that project had to be cancelled (for whatever reason) then please tell us.

No information = frustration and annoyance.
Full disclosure = calm and trust.

(I still really like this site — just a bit annoyed at the promise followed by extended delay with no explanation.)
