Negative Tokens and Missing VIPs
Hey Peoples!
We've gotten a handful of negative token and missing VIP messages and posts. Just wanted to let you know that we know what the problem is, and that we're working to fix it.
Basically it stems from the fact that our billing cycles for monthly VIP renewals run on 28 day months but our token cycles run on 30 day increments. For some reason we thought they were the same, but they're not. We're fixing it, but it may take a few hours. Doh.

Ohh, whew! I was gonna spaz out about my missing 19 tokens until I saw your post.

Fixing one problem always creates more. Changing the dates structure now has the refill living in that Galaxy Far Far Away......

I thought my June refill seemed like a long way off, but right now it says May 8 2008 which actually is a long way off!

Mine refill date is restored now. I wonder if the people who still have a problem with their account are the ones who were supposed to get their refill while it was wonky?

my monthly VIP ran out after i had my tokens refilled but after signing up again, things are back on track. yey!

My count and status were ok yesterday, but now my VIP is lost and I'm at -12. Bummer. Refill date changed, too - I just refilled to 30 yesterday, but now it says I'll refill to 10 on June 5, 2007.

The final word on this seems to be that if you purchased your monthly VIP subscription at the end of a month (i.e. on the 28th, 29th, 30th or 31st) it probably failed to renew. You were not charged, of course; but you'll need to re-subscribe if you want to continue as a VIP. Really sorry for the inconvenience; we believe the renew problem is fixed now.
