Icon Workshop at Future of Web Design
Some exciting news for icon lovers out there: Along with the inimitable Andy Clarke and brilliant Jeffrey Zeldman, I will be a part of the Future of Web Design panel at November's similarly named Future of Web Design conference in New York.
In addition, during the second day of the conference I'll be throwing a workshop: The Importance of Iconography. During the workshop we'll discuss the history of icon design, best practices for the use of icons in web design, and even create a few icons from scratch. Some of our famous IconBuffet recipes might even be divulged!

You where not at the london event? I got back from holiday and some of the guys in the office along with myself was really psyched about getting tickets until we realised we missed it. We thought it was coming to London in November and therefore missed it.
To much coffee/IB and to little cache leads to damnation.
We are currently smooching the director to see if he cant send us over the atlantic on a "team building exercise" =)

I dont think that a lot about the future, Zeldman didn't even know how to use labels on his Forms when i visit his Website a few years ago. The futureofwebdesign.com use some non structural Markup too.
