Question about using icons

iconbuffet has a terms of use for their icons, but I can't seem to find anything about using the icons created by the community. Is it ok to use community generated icons on my website or is that bad form? Is there a terms of use or license somewhere that I can't find?

There is a Terms of Use License included in each Set you download.

Also, all of the icons available on this site (the My Icons page) are from the Chefs at IconBuffet. If a set is linked to from the forums that an IB member has created, it is up to them to provide a Terms notice for their set.

I do believe however we are not allowed to use them to purchase butterfingers or peanut butter though.
