Hi there. Well the best way to get stuff is to decide which icon sets you would like then go post on the blog in the swap section. People will send the sets to you.
As you accept them you get 5 stamps per set and the stamps then allow you to send sets to other people.
The other way you can get them is click on the avvie of your friends and go to their page, see if they have the set you want and if they do ask them to send it.
Looking at what you currently have I suspect you have 9 tokens left for this month so you can get 1 gold, 1 silver and a bronze or 3 silver or well you get the idea, as long as it adds up to 9 tokens.
Next month you'll get another 10 tokens. If you still have the welcome message further up this page it has a link to the how to play stuff. Have a read of that and it might make things a bit clearer.
When people send you stuff you don't have to accept it by the way, just click the No to send it back to them so they get their stamps back.
