Double dot Avatar Bug?
I noticed two members (Yolanda and Mikeslie) with the dreaded red X for the avatar. If you display the properties, both are PNG files with two periods in the name ("_large..png"). Is this a user error or has a bug crawled into the buffet?

Yeah, I've been trying to figure out why my avatar won't upload. The filename doesn't have a double dot when I upload it... Thanks for letting me know I"m not the only one!

is it 48 x 48 and in the right file format? is it also a non-animated gif?

trying to figure this out as well, i uploaded a 48x48px .jpg...tried several times and tried optimizing the file size thinking that may be the issue..but still the red x...

remove the space before .jpg might help.

@casicasi: you've got the double dot bug - upload a PNG instad of a JPG and you should be fine.
@wyliewebdesign: glad to see you've got yours showing up now!
