That means you're group 4. Every month 4 sets are released; two of them have already come out (Kyoto Cola and Nuuk Non Sequitur). Kyoto Cola is free to Group 1, Nuuk Non Sequitur is for Group 2, which means both of those as well as the next one to be released will cost you tokens if you want them. The last set of the month will be yours free because you're in Group 4.

By the way, the last complete cycle was Shasta Chapeau 2 (Group 1), Steampunk Saga (Group 2), Durango Atmosphere (Group 3), and Dresden Eats (Group 4). Groups 1 and 2 already have their deliveries for the current cycle; 3 and 4 will be out sometime soon.
