How do I change to Annual subscription?
I noticed that there is no options for me to upgrade from monthly subscription to an annual one. Or maybe I missed it. How do I do that?

I think I would use the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page and ask the Chefs to make sure you don't get double billed and so that your refresh date doesn't change (unless you want it to). If you've already used up your Tokens you can ask them to cancel your monthly, then make an annual payment, and your refill date will change.
