In the Finder, choose Go > Go to Folder… and in the box, type this:
~/Library/Colors
Drop the file in there and you will be able to use it. An Adobe colour table file is also available:

I made both of these with the help of this image and a couple colour tools; feel free to distribute them (if that's alright with Brian, of course) but don't say that you made them.
