When are you going to fix the server issues?

I'm fed up of waiting and waiting and waiting and spinning and the chefs don't do anything. At the beginning, they USED to explain what was going on. Now, things are worst every day and they don't even say why, THEY DON'T BOTHER ANYMORE. I AM NOT GETTING THIS SERVICE FOR FREE AND I DEMAND CORRECTING THE ISSUES ASAP
IF YOU HAVE TO TEMPORARILY CLOSE THE BUFFET, DO IT.
I'M NOT COMING BACK UNTIL THINGS ARE CORRECTED.

hate to say it, but i agree.

i'd rather have the site shut down for a week while they fix it thndeal with this.

yes many times can't get anything to show up, nothing at all. Even with images disabled. but eventually I'm able to have the page load.

I wonder what the problem is? It has been going on for a while.

But I'm no VIP so I just be patient and accept it.

Wow. All caps even.

The icon sets are pretty wonderful and, honestly, fantastically cheap at the $4/month price.

Yes, the server issues are annoying and frustrating, but, really, is this post helpful? Will they really miss the $4 from one person leaving?

I suspect they're as frustrated with the servers as you are, more so since they know what's up and have LOTS of people annoyed at them. I also suspect they want the issues resolved more than you do, but are constrained in some way.

I think I'll go download all my sets while I have a chance, before the uprisings like this make the chefs think, "eh, not worth it," and shut the whole thing down.

Yesterday I posted one IBID in my blog (the one that shows the current points in my profile). And I mean my external blog, in my server, with my Wordpress (http://cattya.com).

I had to delete it, because it taked SO LONG to do the query, that my blog didn't work at all. :(

At the end, I had to copy the code, edit it, and post it with no realtime reference to my points.
