Hardly worth it for a $1 Golf Ball that was already out of bounds. I played once in Myrtle Beach SC and there was a Gator sunning himself in the fairway. We all decided before teeing off that if anyones ball went anywhere near the Gator they wouldn't be charged a penalty stroke for dropping the ball a safe distance away.

Lol ;o), I used to live in Miami, FL and worked at a ken-lumber yard, one night (used to sleep in a trailer) in the backyard there was a huge alligator 8-10 feet long with the mouth half opened......I was smoking a cigarette (not anymore. quit 7 years ago) and almost burned down the whole place while running back to safe place!
