I have done the log off/on trick but stamps still not coming my way. I'm missing 50+ stamps according to the IB Dashboard.

Maybe the stamps are going to the wrong place... as far as I can tell, I have 5 extra stamps, but am missing 10 points I should have -- it's like a trade I did got registered as an incoming set, instead. (Yes, I've done the logoff/login thing, too...)

I thought the stamps are supposed to return after 7 days if the deliveries are not accepted. I used over 60 stamps 9-10 days ago. Half of them are accepted, and still about half of them missing.

O.K., I'm the one who have 4 extra stamps that are not mine. I have received 18 sets which are 90 stamps. I haven't sent a single set, and I currently have 94 stamps. I think they belong to some of you guys!

I'm not missing as many stamps as some people but every stamp counts. I believe it's about 11 stamps. I sure would like to see them returned after almost 2 weeks. Maybe the Chefs can help? :D

Another problem... today I had an AHS offer declined and got back just 5 stamps instead 10 I had spent to send it.

My stamp count is also wacky. It's frustrating when I have a request for a set and my stamps aren't there when they should be to send it out. Since I probably will never get any points from a referal sending sets is the only way for me to make points!

Wow, what a quick way to pick up some much needed Stamps.

On a more serious note, perhaps JC could write a program that would audit all the IB accounts and get everything back to where it should be. My account is correct, but there appears to be widespread problems.

I think I know the reason for the delay of the return. A friend just left me a message thanking me for a delivery (and the point count is up 30 pts too just now). What do you know? That delivery was made almost 10 days ago! :)

I've just had a delivery accepted that I sent out 2 weeks ago. In the process something very odd has happened with either my stamps or points, can't tell which at the moment. I'm either a stamp short or 10 points short. Difficult to work out which as my points were completely shot when the buffet lock ups were happening.

My spreadsheet has that many adjustments for calculation errors that it's now almost impossible to figure out further Buffet screw ups.

Based on my spreadsheet, I'm pretty sure that I have five extra stamps, but am an outbound bronze trade short (the set was accepted, I saw it; but it wasn't registered as a trade, in points or count -- except that I had five extra stamps show up). (This is ignoring the 25 extra stamps that I ended up with two months ago when the server was behaving really really slow. Which I've long since spent. :-)

It happened to me too... I had sent 5 bronze icons (5 stamps spent). The person declined the 5 sets and I got 25 stamps (instead just 5).

Ha! I can beat that! I sent an Amsterdam High Seas and the recipient got the set twice, got two Diamond badges and I got the points twice.

Strangely he only got the stamps once.

As Dyar said, jc can write a short program that audits all accounts (very simple) and make the right adjustments. that shouldn't take so long to resolve...I used to be a great programmer 30 years ago...

True but you'd have to be prepared for the buffet to crawl while it's running. There are a lot of accounts to recalc.

Hey, everyone! I'm really sorry about all these recent stamp problems. I just fixed the bug with the wrong amount of stamps being returned after a set is declined. I'm now working on getting everyone's stamps recalculated (without bringing the server to a screeching halt). Thanks for your understanding while we work this out!

I jumped from 0 to 29 stamps, but I thought I only had 14 stamps out in limbo waiting to be returned. I'll take them tho, my friends make requests & I hate not being able to hook them up.

I have missing stamps too...it's not that they didn't come back...I never got them. I had 0 stamps, I accepted two deliveries, and I only got 6 stamps. Logging out/in didn't help.

I sent 5 bronze deliveries (which cost 5 stamps) and my stamps were not descreased! I guess that the stamp issue is not solved and every day that passes makes it harder to be solved... Except stamp recalculation there will be for sure point recalculation needed as many users have used their "extra" offset stamps which means gold deliveries sent recalculation, silver deliveries sent recalculation etc (if thats possible...).

I would just recalculate the stamps, and set those that overused to -XX. Then, as they earn stamps, they count up to 0, and are unable to send until they are positive again.

According to how many sets I have and how many I have sent (I don't have any referrals) then I am still missing 29 stamps. I don't think I have that many in offset but I could be wrong. Thanks for trying to fix this chefs! I appreciate all the work you've put into the site.

Here's something strange, (or maybe it isn't?) I sent a set to someone over 12 days ago and they haven't received it (I can't send them the set, and it doesn't show up in their list of sets) and I think my stamps are still floating out there. According to the Points and Stamps Calculator I have -41 stamps in the wild.

Alright, new rule:

1) If you believe you are missing 10 or more stamps, go ahead and email us and we'll see if we can figure it out.

2) If you believe you're missing fewer than 10 stamps, please just sit tight. Those quantities are too small for us to nail down manually. Keep in mind that your calculations -- or those of the IB dashboard -- may, after all, be off.
