The sparsity of the set is a statement against the commercialization of Christmas. Also, I find tinsel distracting.

I agree with iconmaster totally, i feel that most people only give at Christmas because they are forced into it and not because they want to. I believe that its more important to look after your friends and family all year round and not just for Christmas. Friends are for life not just for Christmas! :)

I for one do not celebrate, not have I ever celebrated the silly season. try it, it is liberating.
give gifts any time
take the time to really think about the person
save up and buy the right thing (and not pay interest)

Actually I would say when you drop christmas you LEAVE the IB Pagan group... have you looked into where the XMas customs come from?

Too bad I won't be here for when it arrives... Next week is finals week for us young people, so I probably won't have enough time to check IB in between coffee-sips and study breaks.
