Yeah, it can be a little overwhelming at first. There are a couple of FAQs floating around somewhere (check the blog forum), but here are some basics.

You can get free deliveries by using tokens, which are refilled on a specific date each month (it should say when on your profile page when you're logged in). As you collect delivers, you get badges, which are just little icons that show your accomplishments (for example, when you have 5 bronze icon sets, you get a badge; when you upload an avatar, you get a badge, etc). You get points by sending deliveries, referring people, or by getting certain badges. In order to send a delivery, you need stamps, which you receive every time you accept a delivery. Currently, there are four icon set types: bronze, silver, gold, and diamond. Different delivery types cost different amounts of tokens (1 for bronze, 3 for silver, 5 for gold, 10 for diamond) and each requires a different number of stamps to send (same numbers).
