Accepting a gold delivery costs you 5 tokens, silver 3, and bronze set costs you 1. Once you accept a set, you will be given 5 stamps. Stamps are used for you to send delivery to others.

You will have 10 tokens each month. The iconchef will send you free delivery once in a while without costing you any tokens. It is when you receive icon sets from other friends that will cost you tokens. So use them wisely each month. When you receive delivery from others, you will also receive stamps. And when you send to others, it costs you stamps.
