Someone had the idea to start Clans - like minded people in Icon Buffet (IB) can find other people with similar interests.
I started 'IB Kiwi' to find others in New Zealand.
Shortly thereafter people were complaining that others were making deliveries that they were not asked to make - In protest a group called 'The Pirates' was formed by people who have fun and ignore any rules others try to invent.
Some started silly clans, IB Penguin is one of them.if you add 'IB Penguin' to your profile you can find others in that clan.
Really Clans are just part of the fun.
