Hostage Stamps
I'm curious. Is there an easy way to see which IB members are holding your stamps hostage? :o) If not, I think it'd be a cool feature to add. It'd also be pretty cool to receive an alert when someone accepts/declines one of your deliveries.
Like 275 others, I'm keeping track of my IB progress on IB Dashboard. Unfortunately, IB doesn't provide enough information about deliveries to make this easy. Today, I logged in and had 4 more stamps than the last time I checked. However, I don't know which deliveries were declined, so I can't update IB Dashboard. lol
Anyways, just a thought.

I agree. Notification of declines and accepts would be a great feature. I have several stamps out in limbo that I have no idea where they are.
I keep running out of stamps each month. I would love to know who still has my stamps so I can bug 'em and get my stamps back.

Part of the game I guess. You decide to send someone a set, there's a chance they'll accept it, and a chance you'll lose your stamps for a week. I think it's fine the way it is.

I'm not so much concerned about when I get my stamps back as much as I am knowing exactly where they are. :o)

Aye me agrees with Simon, that be part of the game. Send me unsolicited sets and me holds stamps hostage until they expire OR the owner ask for them back.
If you can't remember ye dumped some on me why should it be easier for ye to get the stamps back? Besides on more than one occasion me accepted a hostage set to keep me tokens from expiring.
Now if people be requestin' a set and then hold ye stamps hostage, well that just be mean 'n evil.

Lately I've taken to updating my Deliveries in IB Dashboard so I know which sets I sent out and to whom and monitoring my stamp count. If I get points (without a message back from the recipient) I pop over to their page and see if they have the set I sent. That's the easy part.
If I get stamps back, I might be able to figure out which set got rejected by a process of deduction and elimination, but that's when I haven't sent out many sets, or have sent all different sets out.

Note to those that hate their stamps being held hostage: Anyone who sends me a diamond delivery without my asking for it or them even saying anything (and usually not noticing that my info says I'm out of tokens anyway, your stamps will be my hostages!
Muahahahahaha!

Okay, I feel like my original point is being missed. lol I don't care that people keep stamps until they expire. I agree that it is part of the game, and I don't think it should be changed.
What I would like to see is a better way to let members know exactly what happens when stamps are returned to them. I think alerting when a delivery has been accepted/declined or if it has expired is a good idea.
@miranoriel - Right, that's the issue I'm having. I have so many deliveries out that I can't tell which sets might've been declined or expired.
