I know there is one, I've got all available Oslo sets, still no badge, so what's missing?

Nope... I think I've got 7 Oslo sets, but I don't see any other I would need...

Oops — yeah. I forgot that Oslo doesn’t have 10 sets yet.

I only count 8 Oslo sets. To get a badge you have to collets 10, so I guess there's no Oslo badge yet.

Only 8. And you have all of them, but that's not enought.

I had seen the Oslo badge before, that's why I thought it was released: http://www.timelydbs.com/iconbuffet/
But as I understand, 2 more sets need to be released in the Oslo series in order to get the badge?
