Pot of gold is probably 20 Gold deliveries

Silver Bullet is 20 Silver deliveries (I have that one because of a small bug so i am told)

Ya - several people have the 20 Silver Deliveries badge, despite there not being 20 silver sets.

I think kiwigirl is the only one experiencing a bug giving her both the 20 Silver and 20 Gold badges.

Go to a Chef's page (iconmaster, for example) and you can see most of the badges available (so far, anyway). Mouse over and get their description.

But even they don't all have all the deliveries (as they get them the same way we do) so they should not have all of them too

I'm assuming badges are just for the deliveries the user received. Maybe there should be badges for sending icons as well? Not necessarily for each kind, but one badge for, say, 10 deliveries, one for 50, one for 100, etc.

Some have all the sets but one of the Chefs still needs 45 sets, I have not checked all the others ... there are 6 Chefs to find ..

Pretty good guesses. I would definitely agree with the microphone one. Sticking with the cool theme, my guess for the glasses is "have X number of friends". Angel wings for having a certain number of people sign up where you were the referrer...since you've brought them to the icon heaven. Not sure what I would guess for the others.
